Mohammed Adnane BERBACHE has over 28 years of accumulated experience in Investment Banking and Strategy and Transformation Consulting. He is a Partner at Ucotra Consulting, where he has supported several hundred companies in their growth across various sectors such as technology, industry, services, distribution, etc.
In 2018, he founded the Business Unit UCLAB dedicated to supporting Startups, assisting over fifty Moroccan and African startups through both incubation and acceleration phases since its inception. He has built a network of highly competent experts, coaches, and mentors passionate about the challenges of entrepreneurship and startups.
Additionally, in 2021, he created UC-Design to house all activities related to supporting startups from idea to market realization. In 2023, UCLAB Studio was launched to further commit to the development of entrepreneurship in Africa. The Studio aims to identify challenges, support startups, and also assist in their formation. He has also partnered in several entrepreneurial ventures with Exits, providing him with valuable perspective for the startups he mentors. Adnane holds a degree from the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Tours and has several certificates from HEC Paris.
